- When a buyer pays, the money is held by Declutter & Earn KE — not the seller. We only release it after the buyer confirms they received the item as described.
- What if the item isn't what was promised? +
- Open a dispute in the app within the protection window. Share photos and chat history; an admin reviews the evidence and can refund, release, or split the funds.
- What does it cost? +
- Listing is free. A small convenience fee (2–5%) is added to the buyer's total at checkout. Sellers keep their full asking price minus standard payout fees.
- Which payment methods do you accept? +
- M-Pesa, Airtel Money, Visa and Mastercard. Seller payouts go to M-Pesa or any Kenyan bank account.
